I Just updated my older Dell laptop. My PIN no longer works.

I have previously ran updates successfully and moved from Windows 10 to Windows 11. The update that I ran today was for newer functionality which I did not care about. I tried to reset the PIN and the email that is displayed is for a company that is out of business. I can't even get into Windows to do anything.This Dell 5500 BTX laptop shipped directly to my home, I set it up, used it, left the company with their permission to keep it, and the company is out of my business.The laptop displays my picture and my name when I try to enter the PIN.Help!
