I just unplugged a hardware yesterday without ejecting it first, now my window wont start up, it says Log file: C:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\Srt T

I tried everything, help, the only thing that I can is turning on safe mode. When i tried to run chkdsk, it says the shadow copy provuder had an unexpected error while trying to process the specified operation and the volume is in use by another process. For the chkdsk /f /r C:, it says the program only runs on raw files. Help when i turn on safe mode and run a tool on Disk C, it only says there's an error but idk where to fix it
