I just recently bought a new laptop and the memory always shows to be 90% even though I dont use any hard processing software. My ram is ddr4 8gb 2600

My memory is so high, i have tried everything.. disabled search.host, manually added ram usages, disabled visual features, updated windows upto date and yet this problem doesn't go away. I have not downloaded anything unusual, I have brave, discord and WhatsApp.I have also checked for virus from mcafee and also the checked for hardware problem from the My asus app and there is nothing wrong with it. so is this normal or there is something wrong with my laptop.
