I just purchased a used Asus Q405U with Windows 10. Need help with how to factory reset it when both posted methods didn’t work

Hello, I just purchased a Asus Q405U laptop with Microsoft on it. I’ve tried both methods y’all posted on how to factory reset it but neither of those methods are working for me. Is there anyone that could tell me what I can try as Step 3 as to getting this thing to factory reset. The “shift” at reset option didn’t work and the F9 at restart also didn’t work. Please help. -Sunshine
