I just physically cleaned my laptop fan and now it randomly goes ballistic

I have cleaned my dell vostro 15 3568 fan with a few paintbrushes and a lot of blowing. But for some reason when i open a relatively powerful program (such as People Playground) it goes ballistic for no apparent reason. It also gets loud when i change my battery setting to be less energy efficient and more performative. A couple of minutes after closing the program the buzzing stops. I have talked to my dad about this (he knows quite a bit) and he says i shouldn't rush downloading any drivers for now. We are planning to clean it physically even more. Any thoughts on how i can fix it?
