I just got this computer like 3 weeks ago and i turned it on today for it to have completely deleted everything and everytime i turn it on and back it

Everytime i power down my laptop it deletes everything i got this computer 3 weeks ago and beside the battery being awful its been fine and now everytime i log in it acts like a new laptop saying "preparing windows" which in my experience happens when logging into a new computer or laptop. And after i do everything is reset to when i first got it and i lose everything. Last night you gave me an update and i updated it and now nothing works right thanks alot. 3 weeks and its already broken
