I just factory reseted my computer and now my mouse dosnt work and my keybord dosnt work either no buttons work or anything i dont know what to do

I just factory resered my computer and now nothing works my mouse dosnt work and my computer buttons don’t do anything when I click them nothing happens don’t know how to fix it
