I just bought a dell g15 with 8gb ram and 3050 4gb graphics. I did everything with msconfig and startup apps but the ram usage still stands at 45/49%.

I have disabled all application in msconfig while hiding the required microsoft ones. Then i went ahead and disabled every startup app and then i removed mc afree (useless) but still my ram usage stands at 45/49% i.e. 3.7/3.9 gb ~ (FYI: Before it was 60%). Help me remove the excess ram sucking applications or whatever . I want to make he ram usage go down to 30% as a normal pc. Here are my system taskbar images for reference.
