I installed a Bluetooth driver, now my PC is stuck in a loop of turning, and shutting down 1-2 seconds later

On my 64-bit Windows 10 PC, I tried to install a Bluetooth driver(it wasn't already installed), when it finished installing, my PC said it needed to restart and was collecting crash info. And it didn't restart, it shut down. I noticed the PC trying to start up but it just shut down 1-2 seconds later. I tried spamming Shift + F8 in the intervals when the PC was on, didn't work. please help.
