I haven’t used my dell laptop windows 7 for over a month. Just turned it on to find everything has changed dramatically. All my photos have gone. Icon

Just turned on my dell laptop running windows 7 after one month of no use, to find its all changed drastically,

photos have gone, icons have changed, even the colour has changed. Whats happened?
