I have Windows XP version 2002 sp 3. How do i Enable guest to access the internet

I would like my guest account to be able to log on to the internet I have tried the control panel i just do not see any options to permit access When i log on to the guest account and try to log on to my Browser unable to connectSome one please help i would like my family online but not with admin use.
