I have Windows 11 version 21H2 and am trying to update.

I want to update because in the tray on the right side of screen it says this version has reached end of service. When I download the windows install assistant it said to download PC health check. PC health check says my computer cannot run Windows 11. Wondering what my options are/where I go from here to update my pc. Thanks!
