I have Windows 11, but would like to go back to the more efficient and more productive Windows 10 Start Menu. Is there a way to do so?

Hello,I recently upgraded to Windows 11. Sadly, this upgrade included yet another fundamental change to the Start Menu. Microsoft, I'm not sure why you keep trying to fix something that is not broken. This new start menu is highly inefficient. It now requires more clicks to get to the information I need. The menu now has a Pinned & Recommended section I do not want. I only want to see my apps in alphabetical order! Can you tell me how I can go back to the classic Windows 10 menu OR how I can remove the Pinned & Recommended sections and just show my applications in alphabetical order? T
