I have windows 11 but not tpm 2.0

I've recently come back to my computer from being away for 9 months (had a bunch of windows updates waiting). In the past I had windows 11 installed and using tpm.msc had tpm 2.0 and secure boot enabled. Since returning my computer will not recognize a tpm. I have double checked in the bios and tpm is enabled but one is not found. This isn't really causing any problems, however I like to play valorant which requires both secure boot and tpm 2.0.
