My mom recently got a new pc and had her files transfered to this new one. My guess is that windows 7 is still somewhere in these files forcing it to sometimes start up with it. When I manually reboot, it start windows 10 again and logs in normally. Meanwhile windows 7 is locked behind a password which does not work. Trying to power down from the window 7 login window just gives an infinite power down screen so I can only manually click the off button to restart again. How can I fully remove windows 7 from my system while I am using windows 10?
