I have win11 on my acer nitroV15 and after update it doesn't boot

It goes to a blue screen with choose an option:1.troubleshoot 2.turn off your pcIn advanced option i try every available option such as startup repair, uninstall updates,system restore and ... But none of them work in command prompt its not recognize Bsdedit or other commands i try or when i type C: it can't find it I tired of searching and watching repetetious YouTube videos
