I have uninstalled touchpad driver by mistake . My touchpad is not working. Please help me!

I have dell laptop with serial number 11GWF72 . I have uninstalled touchpad driver by mistake . I want it back . My touchpad is not working. I have done diagnosis in dell and scanned in device manager as well. But nothing worked. i have installed driver from dell but it says it is not compatible. Please help me!
