I have the Epic Games Launcher installed although I deleted it from everything even the registry editor, how come it is not uninstalling?

When I try uninstalling it just comes back, I checked the faq on the Epic Games website but, it said to download something for windows 10. I am on windows 11, So I am confused on how I should uninstall the app.
