I have taken all permission from local disk now my windows isn't working properly I technically locked myself

I wanted to download an app but it was trying to download to my local disk c which was almost full so I tried every possible way but it didn't work. So I took away all permission from everything even the administrator now not even my system can't access it. My Windows 11 home isn't working properly I'm facing many problems.
