I have Surface Studio 2 with DISM Dism Error 87 sfc scannow couldn't repair

Hello, My device Surface Studio 2 got stuck unable to load Windows. I have tried to Run DISM but I get Error 87. When I did run SFC Scannow, it stated that it did repair it but it was still the same.
