I have setup a device for my company and wiped it from Intune however I can't log into the device it just keeps saying incorrect password.

Hello, I have signed into an account with my log in, I have checked the config and it was all good, I have then wiped the device from intune however now when I try and access the device it is asking for a password and on the same account. I type in the password however it says its incorrect I have tried creating a password reset USB but that also does not workI cant gain access to the deviceI have then tried to go through the reset by holding shift and restarting however it just gave me an error and said I needed to enter the Bitlocker key, I tried to find the BitLocker key but it's not in my
