i have ryzen 7 5800x and tpm 2.0 but i can't install windows 11

AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor 3.80 GHzRAM 16 GBSSD for System 500 GB (~75% free)Windows 10 Pro 22H2B450 Aorus MTPM 2.0 Active in BIOS F60 (UEFI all on ONLY)tpm.msc shows that it is active...but when I check the performance to install Windows 11, it always tells me that Security is not turned on. Already starting to give up on upgrading to Windows 11. Anyone have any ideas?
