I have recently bought a new computer and have not been able to log into any Microsoft services.

I can log into the computer and use normal functions like internet explorer while signed out. However, I am unable to create an account, log into the Microsoft store, log into Xbox services, or sign into or create and log into a new account. Any time that I attempt to log into an account I get an error saying its on Microsoft's end. Any time that I try to log into the store I click on the sign in icon and nothing happens.
