I have really big problem with activate my license key

I spent on this 2 hours. I bought new pc and I want to activate my win 11 HOME from my old crappy pc, my old pc have win 10 HOME. On my old pc this key working without any problem but activating this on my new pc is a disaster. I always getting error: 0x803FA067. I read on ms website its no problem with activating key on new windows but its must to be te same version. in my case home. Yes, I have retail version Please help me someone Im done.
