I have product key for win 10 home, but my product was upgraded to win 10 pro, I've got a new pc and product key won't activate the product?

I have just bought a new PC, and they installed my old Windows 10 Pro, the product key is for Windows 10 Home, which Microsoft upgraded FOC, now I can't activate Windows at all.
