I have problem with BSOD name: POWER_STATE_FAILURE caused by ntoskrnl.exe and bug code is 0x00000009f

I have so many BSOD lately and Its code is: POWER_STATE_FAILURE. I installed a new 8GB ram on my laptop two weeks ago. At first i thought it was the reason but no, i ran memtest86 and found nothing! I have reinstalIed my windows but nothing better. I started to discover new way to solve and someone in the Internet told me to install BlueScreenView. I saw it caused by driver: ntoskrnl.exe and bug code is 0x00000009f. Can i do anything to save my laptop? Thank you!
