I have not been able to access my Outlook account in nearly a week. No reply from MS.

A few days ago, when I tried to log into my primary Outlook account, it responded:"Due to Unusual Activity, we must verify your account."(I haven't been able to access my email, OneDrive, or even my Win11 SETTINGS in nearly a week. Wouldn't THAT be "unusual INactivity" proving my identity?)The first option of sending a Text Message to my phone DOESN'T WORK. They provide the last 2 digits (which match my cellphone number) and it tells you to "Enter the last 4 digits and if it matches, we'll text you a code." I do so and never receive a code, forcing me to use the "I don't have any of these" opt
