i have multiple windows command processes running in the background, i'm starting to think it's malware.

For some reason I have multiple command processes open on windows 11 device. I have used Malwarebytes, and Avg Antivirus Free to check my device for malware, but none of the software's detected anything at all. I have used extremely strong passwords for all my accounts, but for some reason every once in a while, they get hacked.
