I have been through the maze of microsoft help 4 separate times and get the run-around by employees who either do not understand - or punt the football - to another transfer or to another department. My problem was temporarily solved once by level II microsoft support, but it has returned.
I have 100 mbps fiber optic connection. I have 32 MB of RAM. I use windows 10. I have a PC- Core i-7 HP Envy. I have the same measured speed on my PC whether hard-line connect or wireless to the internet 5-7mbps, sometimes less. Level II support solved my internet speed once, but I have tried the same technic and it does not work now:
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
My internet speed is affecting my ability to use Zoom and regularly makes it unstable.
I wish Microsoft was able to help me again without making me waste another 2 aggravating hours trying to maneuver the maze of help desk hoops to jump through -- and get dropped several times in the process because of the many transfers that have taken place. Or, having some junior level 1 person try the same simple attempts that have been tried over and over again.
\Thanks,
Scott
