I have downloaded the new 24H2 update and my key disappeared

"I do have the Product ID, which I found on the PC, but I think it was a digital key. This is a pre-built PC that came with Windows 11 Home, and I’ve had it for around a year." Any help will be appreciated and when i reset my pc the water mark goes away
