I have disabled the windows lockscreen is it possible to display a banner at the top of the login screen and have the time and date displayed there?

Hi,I use intune to apply all my policies i have disable the lockscreen on my windows device they are all windows 11 i was wondering is it possible to configure the login page so that there is a white banner that displays at the top with the date and time in it. I know its possible my old job had it but i cant remember how.
