I have disabled pop-up ads in Google > Settings > Privacy and Security but still get pop-ups and re-directs.

I have my Google Chrome set to block pop-ups and re-directs but still get pop-ups and re-directs. Is there a third party anti-malware product that can block and record the sites that try to push pop-ups and redirects.If needed, I would like to send the sites that send pop-ups and re-directs to my attorney to investigate class-actions.
