I have deleted my recovery folder in disk C it is hidden.

I have deleted the data of my recovery folder , folder is still there but there is nothing inside it. I deleted this because my disc c showing onl 34 gb free . It showing 45 gb of apps in storage setting but in real they are of 12 to 15gb . Now suddenly it reached 50 Gb free space . The data that I deleted from recovery folder is of around 3 gb.How can I reinstall that data .
