I have deleted a program from the setting/apps list but doesn't allow me to delete or repair it?

I have read previous comments and responses to a problem with a program that has been uninstalled but still appears in the list of apps in windows 11 when views through settings/apps. I had to use the program CD to uninstall a program called Nuance PDF Converter Professional that was available around 2011-2012 because I couldn't repair or delete it in the list of apps. It still appears in the list of apps that shows up through Settings/Apps.
