I have constant latency, packet loss, and jitter on rainbow six siege with good wifi

I started playing rainbow six siege and noticed that every 20 seconds or so I rubberband for a whole 5 seconds. My wifi connection is great, but it seems to only do that on rainbow six siege. I tried lowering my graphics, set the affinity and priority, basically anything that I find in videos. I cannot get ethernet because my router is too far, but that isn't a problem because my wifi is really good on my dongle. I play on an AMD RX 6650 XT and an I7 6700 (I know its bottlenecked but that is not the reason for this issue, due to other games running perfectly fine.) 16 gb of ram. It has been dr
