I have blurry icons even after installing renewed win11 24h2 !!!

Hi . I have wird problem . first I had blurry icons , i decided to remove windows 11 24h2 and install again . but after installing the Windows 11 24h2 i saw are the icons blurry once again !!!! when i enter the windows , After a few minutes, the icons become blurry. i have 6800 AMD here are the correct and blurry icons picture I remind you i installed the window right now Correct--------------------Blurry
