I have been locked out of my secondary email address

I have been locked out of my secondary email address for no reason (not this one). I am extremely frustrated as I have submitted the new password form to GET MY OWN ACCOUNT BACK and they have denied it saying I do not satisfy enough of the questions. What am i supposed to do now?
