I have been locked out of my laptop because I don’t have my bitlocker recovery key, but the webpage that is suppose to show the key refuses to load on

I can’t get into my laptop after an update because it is asking for a bitlocker recovery key, but whenever I get to the page in devices that should show me the key, the page doesn’t load. It just says something about troubleshooting and contacting microsoft if this keeps happening. I reloaded a few times, and it kept happening, so I clicked on the microsoft contact link, which was useless. All it did was take me to self help support and none of that was helpful for my situation.
