I have been having issues with my PC freezing and bluescreening

about a week ago, one day out of nowhere after joining my friend in a Roblox game, my game had crashed with the error, "CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT". (it kept doing this for any Roblox game specifically since then)I had suspected it was maybe I needed to do some updates or something, but everything was up to date, did a malware scan and there was nothing (I scanned both using Norton which did nothing, and a separate antivirus app that I don't remember as of now)At the time I suspected Norton for maybe doing something that was causing the freeze/BSOD.I ended up bringing my laptop in to get it checke
