I have been facing this F12 key issue

[Windows 10]

F12 is trigging it self on its own , so my laptop start taking ss or opens the developer window on chrome or open the save menu while I'm working on Excel or word it been annoying I have tried reaching out coustomer service centre but no good please look in the matter I have referred this Redirecting But no use
