I have an unresolved case from yesterday. I contacted Microsoft just about 9:30 am about issues with my word document experiencing error, and not opening. The support agent and I shared screen, and he had difficulties locating the problem. After hours of doing this process, he recommended that I open a new window. He assured me that I will not lose any of my work and my files would be safe. I am a grad student with a lot of upcoming assignments, I cannot afford to lose all of my assignments that I already completed.
