I have an old PC with Windows 10 Pro installed that cannot be upgraded to 11 - can I use the product key for 11 Pro on another PC?

I have an old PC with Windows 10 Pro that cannot be upgraded to Windows 11 due to hardware requirements. I just purchased a new laptop with Windows 11 Home. If I was upgrading the same PC from 11 Home to 11 Pro I could do it for free. Can I get the 11 Pro Product key for the old PC and use it to upgrade from 11 Home to 11 Pro on the new laptop?
