I have an Issue with my outlined font on Windows 11, Help me to Fix it

Hello I am Marcom, I have an Issue with my font on Windows 11 when I try to open some website, it displays some outlined font. I thought first this issue only on Microsoft Edge, until I install Opera. And it displays same issue. It's make me hard to read the website and really annoying. Please Help me Thank you.
