I have an issue with laptop connections

So basically to keep it short my WIFI always disconnects or just stops working at all and this happens a lot especially when playing a heavy game lets say. When this happens even if the internet is available or near and works on any other device the internet doesn't appear to my laptop and in fact no other internet appears to my laptop and when I try to troubleshoot it sometimes it works and sometimes it asks me to reboot after repairing and when I open a game again , its back to the start.
