I have an HP computer with Windows 10, and I forgot my login password. I want to keep my files, but when I try to reset the password, it asks for a USB flash drive. In Advanced Options, I don’t see any options to format or reset my computer, nor can I access the Command Prompt. What should I do?I don´t know how to use the USB flash drive, i only have one normal USB and another computer, i do not remember my microsoft account either.
