I have an ASUS Zenbook, no sound, tried troubloting and all the paces that I found, I only obtained PILOT audio troubled but I ve just bought the lapt

I ve just bought an ASUS Zenbook 14 OLED and I have no sound; I ve tried Troubleshoot and all the advices but all that I obtained is: PILOT sound troubled; maybe a sound driver obsolete. I dont know what to do. Thanks!
