I have an ASUS Vivobook running Windows 11, after the last Windows update, why don't I have drivers for audio input and output?

I've had the lapton in to 2 shops to see if they could fix the problem and they cannot. They have tried to uninstall the update, downloaded drivers from ASUS (old and new drivers). The installation says the drivers are there, but they don't show up anywhere. Can you help?
