i have an active windos 10 pro key installed on my device. now I have upgraded it to windos 11 pro by boot usb. now my windos key didn't work. it show

the complete error message is " We can't activate Windows on this device because the product key was already used on another device. If you think it wasn't used on another device, please select Troubleshoot below. Error Code: 0xC004C008. I have my windows 10 installed on my Internal Hardisk and I installed 11 on my newly attached SSD. then I delet my windos 10 manually.
