I have an acer nitro i5 gaming laptop. How do I fix the blue screen of death?

I pulled my laptop out to work on it and upon turning it on I got this blue screen. It keeps restarting the system but goes back to the blue screen. It worked fine the last time I used it. I shut it down properly and it has been in storage since September. I am unable to get to safe startup. Am new to this so if you can help much appreciated
