i have almost constant 100% cpu and games keep freezing on my pc Windows 11

my pc lat year used to run perfectly with high fps on strenuous games and low usage of cpuits been slowly deteriorating over the last year and i havent taken much notice to it until i couldnt be able to play the strenuous games without freezing/crashing now my pc is always at 100% either with the file explorer app or the microsoft edge and when that is closed system and search bars fill it up too. i have an - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700F CPU @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHzi have tried - soft reboot- checking for malware- disabling updates in more than one place- updating driver - defraagment hard drives- m
